Sanyo

Sanyo is a major Japanese company that is part of the Fortune 500. While not well known in the consumer base, it gains a lot of its revenue from its semi-conductor business. Sanyo also produces consumer electronics, dry batteries and also cellular phones. Sanyo has very little market exposure in the mobile phone and PDAs industry even though it is the fourth largest mobile phone manufacturer in Japan. Among its lineup are the following smart phones and PDAs: Sanyo S1, Sanyo KATANA II, Sanyo SCP-3200 and the Sanyo SCP-7050.
