Audiovox

Audiovox is an old company as things go in the computing world, established since the mid-60s and mainly deals in consumer electronics and value added services. Its main products for the consumer market are radios, speakers, amplifiers, satellite radio, LCD and Plasma flat panel TVs, home and portable stereos, portable DVD players, home speaker systems, mobile or cell phones, etc. Audiovox has recently strengthened the consumer electronics side of its business by purchasing the consumer electronics accessory business as well as the consumer electronics audio video busniess from Thomson SA. Audiovox also operates under other brand names such as Acoustic Research, Advent, RCA, Terk, etc. Some of the more common Audiovox products are the Audiovox Thera, Audiovox Thera 2032, Audiovox Mastero, Audiovox PPC (4100, 5050, 6600, 6601, 6700), Audiovox SMT 5600 and the Audiovox XV (6600 and 6601).
