HP iPaq

HP iPaq is the brand name for HP's lineup of PDAs. Although iPaq was originally the name of Compaq's destop computer lineup, it was later used by Compaq for their PDAs as well when they were launched in 2000. After Hewlett-Packard (HP) took over Compaq and its subsidiaries, the product has been marketed by HP as HP-iPaq. HP-iPaq is one of the main competitors for Palm Pocket PC. HP iPaq typically uses the Microsoft Windows Mobile OS but can also be used with Linux distributions such as NetBSD etc.
