Averatec is a laptop manufacturer founded in 1984 originally as Sotec. Their main focus is on low cost PCs which are mostly produced in the regions of China, Korean and Taiwan. In fact all of their laptops are rebranded versions from other companies like MSI and Twinhead. Averatec laptops come in various configurations using AMD and Intel processors. Averatec also manufactures other portable products such as the Averatec Voya portable GPS.
