Toshiba
Toshiba is the result of a merger between two pre-World War I companies that has survived to this day and is the third largest semiconductor manufacturer after Samsung and Intel. Toshiba is a very diverse company and although it has interests in various sectors, it mainly earns its revenue from digital products, electronic devices, home appliances and social infrastructure. Toshiba also develops various portable devices such as music players, cell phones and PDAs. The Gigabeat is Toshiba's line of portable music players with initial offerings only supporting music playback and newer models supporting video playback, WiFi connectivity, etc. Toshiba's PDAs are somewhat of an unknown entity in that they are unknown. Indeed, the level of consumer consciousness for Toshiba PDAs is surprisingly low and hence while they may be excellent PDAs, they are not quite popular. They do however have their fan following and amongst the more popular Toshiba PDAs are the Toshiba E310, Toshiba E330, Toshiba E335, Toshiba E350, Toshiba E355, Toshiba E740 and the Toshiba E750. Accessories for the following brands are available at PDA Accessories: Apple / Ipod, Audiovox, AT&T Tilt, Casio, Dell, Handspring, i-mate, MDA, Kyocera, LG, Microsoft, Motorola, Nintendo, Nokia, O2, Orange SPV, Palm, Pantech, Qtek, Blackberry, Samsung, Sanyo, Sharp, Siemens, Sony, T-Mobile and Toshiba.
